Personalized Products

All products sold on customisegift.online are custom-made according to the photos, names, text, or design details provided by the customer.

Because every product is uniquely created for an individual order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Customer change of mind after placing an order
  • Incorrect photo uploads
  • Incorrect names, dates, or messages submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout

Please review all customization details carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for personalized products once production has started.

Since every item is made specifically for you, it cannot be resold or reused.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Personalized products
  • Products with customer-provided spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect images or customization details submitted by the customer
  • Color variations caused by screen settings
  • Minor differences that naturally occur during the production of handmade or customized products

Exceptions

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will review requests if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is significantly different from what you ordered due to our error

If your request is approved after verification, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once the production process has started, cancellation is not possible because the product is being custom-made specifically for your order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Uploading clear, high-quality photos
  • Entering the correct spelling of names, dates, and messages
  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Reviewing all order details before completing checkout

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.

Color & Design Variations

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, or the natural characteristics of materials such as wood or acrylic. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
