Because each item is individually created rather than picked from ready-made stock, shipping timelines for personalized products are slightly different from standard, non-customized products. This policy outlines those timelines clearly.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing begins only after your payment has been successfully completed.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
  • Processing time does not include production time or courier transit time.

What "Processing" Means

Processing includes verifying your order details, preparing your uploaded photo or design file, and queuing it for production.

3. Production Time for Personalized Products

Since every photo frame is custom-made, production time is required before your order is shipped.

  • Standard production time is approximately 2–4 business days, depending on order volume and design complexity.
  • Bulk or corporate orders may require additional production time.
  • Production begins only after the customer's uploaded photo and customization details are confirmed as complete and correct.

We kindly request customers to review all uploaded images, names, dates, and messages carefully before placing an order, as changes may not be possible once production has started.

4. Shipping Time Within India

Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

  • Estimated shipping time is 4–8 business days, depending on your delivery location.
  • Metro cities and major towns generally receive faster delivery compared to remote or rural areas.
  • Total estimated delivery time (processing + production + shipping) typically ranges between 7–14 business days.

Please note that all timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as final delivery also depends on courier service performance.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reliable courier and logistics partners across India to ensure your personalized gifts reach you safely.

Depending on your location and order type, your shipment may be delivered through a reputed third-party courier service or postal partner.

6. Order Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier partner's tracking page.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your delivery location and order value, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the store is at fault.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

11. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging every personalized photo frame to prevent damage during transit. However, if an issue occurs:

  • Please inspect your package before accepting delivery, whenever possible.
  • If your package arrives damaged due to our mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email to help us assess the issue quickly.

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please notify our support team so we can investigate with our shipping partner and assist you accordingly.

12. Incorrect Shipping Address

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch; however, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address, and customisegift.online will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

At this time, customisegift.online currently ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at the moment. We are working on expanding our services, and any updates regarding international delivery will be communicated through our website.
