Since our products are personalized and custom-made:
- Orders are not eligible for return due to change of mind
- Refunds are generally not available once production has begun
- Replacements are not available for customer-submitted errors such as incorrect photos, spelling mistakes, addresses, or customization details
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective due to manufacturing, or incorrect because of our error, please contact us promptly with clear photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
